Presented by Pipe Bands Tasmania at Mount Carmel College, Sandy Bay. The event will have piping and drumming solo grades as well as mini band opportunities. Following the event there will be a social evening and gathering in Hobart. On Sunday, October 11th, there will be a a workshop hosted in Hobart Legacy.
