St Andrew’s Society of Ottawa Annual Dinner and Gala will be held at the Britannia Yacht Club, 2717 Cassels St. The Haggis will be formally addressed. During dinner there will be a Pipe Band and a Highland Dance display. Alan James will be Master of Ceremonies The evening will conclude with Ceilidh and Scottish Country Dancing on a newly refinished floor.
