Sons of Scotland Pipe Band Burns parties

A great weekend of Burns celebrations held at our local Scottish pub – Deacon Brodie’s at 247 Elgin Street in Ottawa. The pipe band will be along on Saturday to play some tunes at 5 pm, and on Sunday, the pub is having an afternoon whisky tasting and a top solo piper – Nico Gravel – will come out to play at 6 pm and they’ll hand out free Scottish treats, and have the address to the haggis.
