Amy Beingessner (University of Guelph) will present Highwaymen, Scandal and Haggis: Recipes from the Cleikum Inn. Amy is PhD candidate in History and Scottish Studies at the University of Guelph. Amy’s current research engages with early modern interpretations of stone monuments in Scotland.
