Clan Ross of the United States celebrates 50 years

Clan Ross of the United States, Inc. was founded 50 years ago in Florida through the vision and dedication of Lawrence Ross, Sr., Charlie Ross, and Barbara Bartz. Their goal was to create an organization that would preserve, promote, and celebrate the heritage, history, and traditions of Clan Ross throughout the United States.

Following the passing of Charlie Ross, leadership of the organization was assumed by Lawrence Q. Ross, Jr. who continued the work of strengthening the clan and expanding its presence across the country. Under his guidance, Clan Ross remained committed to fostering fellowship among descendants and friends of the Ross family while supporting Scottish cultural activities.

Today, as Clan Ross of the United States celebrates its 50th anniversary, the organization continues its longstanding tradition of participating in Scottish Highland Games and Celtic festivals throughout the nation. Through these events, Clan Ross proudly shares its rich Scottish heritage, welcomes new members, and honors the legacy established by its founders a half-century ago.
