725 years ago on the 22nd of July 1298 the Patriots of Scotland under the command of Sir William Wallace stood their ground at the Battle of Falkirk against overwhelming numbers against the might of King Edward I of England’s army. This event will bring history to life with our tradition commemoration we highly encourage the public to take part in as well as brining the story of the battle of Falkirk 1298 to life through story telling ,music and theatrics with historical demonstrations and more.
